At Holland Cattle Co., our mission is to raise quality meat in a healthy, natural environment. Providing delicious food for your family and ours is our full-time business and passion—not a hobby. For over a century, our heritage has been to work diligently and build sustainable practices to thrive for another 100 years and beyond.
Everything begins with the grass. It is rewarding to leave the land better than before. We optimize production by raising diverse animals, including cattle, sheep, hogs, chickens, and wildlife, on native grasses for grazing. We are dedicated to raising our animals properly. To us, this means providing a clean, spacious, low-stress environment and a wholesome diet of natural, native, seasonal grasses only—feeding no corn, no soy, no hormones, or antibiotics. Holland Cattle Co. and our partners' livestock have plenty of room to roam, access to sunshine, natural creek water, fresh air, and miles to meander.

We pride ourselves in quality organic bakery items. Sourdough is one of the oldest types of leavened bread, made using a "starter" of wild yeast and bacteria instead of commercial yeast, which gives it a tangy flavor and chewy texture. The fermentation process also makes it easier to digest, lowers its glycemic index, and increases its mineral and nutrient availability. The characteristic sour taste comes from lactic acid, produced by lactic acid bacteria during fermentation

The vision for Rusty Star Ranch is threefold. First, I am motivated by the health benefits of eating pasture-based meat and dairy. Second, I want to expand the goat dairy specifically to establish a healthy alternative for people with dairy sensitivities. Third, I believe the type of ranching we practice is sustainable, good for the environment, and humanely cares for animals.

When Jeremiah Cunningham founded Coyote Creek Organic Farm in 1997 his goal was to improve the soil, grow lush, natural pasture grasses, and raise cows for beef and chickens for eggs. He used only the finest organic ingredients so that the foods he put on the table for himself, his children, and his grandchildren would be the highest quality, most nutrient dense foods he could produce. Today we proudly carry Jeremiah's vision forward on a larger scale so that more people have access to high-quality, nutrient-dense, pasture-raised organic eggs and grass-fed beef. In 2007 Coyote Creek Organic Feed Mill was built as the very first of its kind in Texas to purchase locally grown organic grains, and sell organic feeds to farmers all across the Southern United States. As a result, our feed mill has a multiplier effect. It enables farmers to provide their livestock a healthy diet of organic feeds so that they can take more organic eggs and superior meat products to their local farmers’ markets, thereby increasing the availability of high quality, nutrient-dense foods for everyone.
In addition to increasing the availability of healthy food, Coyote Creek Organic Feed Mill promotes economic prosperity for small to medium-sized family farms. We are dedicated to sustainable, organic farming and ranching practices, coupled with the humane treatment of all farm animals and we strive for sustainability in all aspects of our business. In consideration of animal and human health, our high-quality organic feeds are free of antibiotics, hormones, and recycled animal byproducts.
Four E Dairy is a third generation, family owned dairy farm located in the rolling hills of Lavaca County. We sell fresh Grade A retail raw milk from our Jersey and Jersey-cross cows. Our cows are pasture-fed and then supplemented with a ration that includes our home-grown hay and silage. They receive no hormones or antibiotics.
Pastured raw milk has a beautiful creamy color and because it is not homogenized, the cream rises to the top and so should be shaken before opening. It is also not pasteurized so it has all of the essential nutrients and enzymes naturally found in milk. It is loaded with healthy bacteria and beneficial raw fats. Our milk is naturally delicious and bottled straight from the cow!
At Four E Dairy, we love raw milk, our animals, and our family. We raise our children and grandchildren on raw milk. We want to continue this tradition by offering the freshest raw milk to our customers.
